A cosy border town at the corner of Switzerland, France, and Germany. The Rhine, which divides the city into Kleinbasel and Grossbasel, can be crossed with four small ferries that use only the force of the flowing river. Or you pack your clothes into a waterproof bag, and swim down the river a bit. In June, the city is transformed into an art metropolis and the REACTOR.city intervention becomes a surprising and free off-satelitte of the Art Parcours – with a dance-performance by Mathilde Bonte with music by Django Bronski.
